§ 93.43 NOTIFICATION OF MANDATORY MEETING.
   The owner of a residential rental unit that falls at or above the disorder risk threshold shall be sent a notice by certified mail to the name and address known by the town or if not known, then to addresses listed in the Rowan County Office of the Tax Assessor for that property, which shall contain the following information:
   (A)   The date, time and location for the mandatory initial meeting between the town officials and the owner;
   (B)   The disorder activity count for the residential rental property;
   (C)   A statement that the owner may provide additional evidence at the initial mandatory meeting to be considered by the police official; and
   (D)   A detailed summary of the disorder activity and/or verified violations that have occurred on or in the property.
