§ 93.42 DISORDER THRESHOLDS, DISORDER ACTIVITY COUNT, AND VERIFIED VIOLATIONS.
   On or before the fifth day of each calendar month, the police official will compile a list of residential rental units meeting the verified violation threshold and having a level of disorder activity above the disorder threshold during the 12-month period ending the previous calendar month.
