(A) Oversized vehicles, boats, and trailers greater than eight feet in width or which is blocking more than one-half the width of the street, highway, or public right-of-way, creating a traffic hazard are prohibited from parking or to be left standing on any street, highway, or public right-of-way within the corporate boundaries of the town.
(B) The Chief of Police or his designee may order the vehicle removed when he finds the vehicle to be in violation of this section.
