§ 160.76 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.

All of the provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to boarding/ rooming houses and to every person who operates a rooming house or who occupies or lets to another for occupancy any room unit in any rooming house, except as provided in the provisions of this subchapter.
