§ 160.31 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   In the discharge of his official duties or for the purpose of making inspections, re-inspections and tests, the inspector is hereby authorized to enter, examine and survey at all reasonable times, all buildings, dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units and premises, including abandoned, vacant, and neglected residential structures and/or dwellings. The owner or occupant of every dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming unit, or the person in charge thereof, shall give the inspector free access to such dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming unit and its premises at all reasonable times for the purposes of such inspection, examination and survey. Reasonable times as described herein shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
