§ 130.12 PUBLIC URINATION; DEFECATION.
   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      HUMAN WASTE MATERIAL. Human urine or fecal material discharged from the body.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, by means of urination or defecation, any human waste material upon any public street, sidewalk, right-of-way, alley or parking lot.
