The provisions of this code are applicable to all existing dwellings and all dwellings hereafter constructed within the town which are used or intended for use for human habitation. Demountable dwellings or demountable dwellings being moved and temporarily stored prior to relocation, when used or intended for use for human habitation with the town, shall be subject to the applicable provisions of this code.
