§ 160.01 HOUSING CODE ESTABLISHED; TITLE.
   There are hereby established rules and regulations for the repair or elimination of unfit and/or unsafe housing conditions in the Town of Spencer, North Carolina, which shall be known as "The Housing Code of the Town of Spencer," and will be referred to hereafter as "Code."
