§ 130.06 INJURING, CUTTING AND DESTRUCTION OF TREES, SHRUBS OR FLOWERS ON STREETS, PARKS OR SQUARES.
   It shall be unlawful to pull down, cut, deface with signs, break or in any way injure any of the trees, shrubs or flowers on the streets, parks or squares.
