§ 155.135 COMMUNITY APPEARANCE COMMISSION.
   (A)   A Community Appearance Commission is hereby created as provided in and governed by G.S. § 160A-451. The Commission shall consist of seven members. Six members shall be residents of the town and one member shall be appointed from the extraterritorial jurisdiction area, as provided in G.S. § 160A-362.
   (B)   The term of office of the members shall be for three years, except the terms may be staggered so as to ensure continuity of experience on the Commission. All members shall have equal rights and privileges in all matters. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term only.
   (C)   The Commission shall have all powers listed in G.S. § 160A-452, including subsections (6) a-h.
