§ 130.04 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   Any person who shall do or engage in any of the following shall be guilty of disorderly conduct and shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor:
   (A)   Acting in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another, whereby any person is placed in danger of safety of life, limb or health;
   (B)   Acting in a violent or tumultuous manner toward another, whereby public property or property of any other person is placed in danger of being destroyed or damaged;
   (C)   Endangering lawful pursuits of another by acts of violence or threats of bodily harm;
   (D)   Causing, provoking or engaging in any fight, brawl or riotous conduct so as to endanger the life, limb, health or property of another or public property;
   (E)   Assembling or congregating with another or others and causing, provoking or engaging in any fight or brawl;
   (F)   Collect in bodies or in crowds and engaging in unlawful activities;
   (G)   Using “fighting words” directed towards any person who becomes outraged and thus creates turmoil;
   (H)   Assembling or congregating with another or others, and doing bodily harm to another;
   (I)   By acts of violence, interfering with another's pursuit of a lawful occupation;
   (J)   Congregate with another or others in or on any public way so as to halt the flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic and refusing to clear the public way when ordered to do so by a peace officer or other person having authority;
   (K)   Damaging, befouling or disturbing public property or the property of another so as to create a hazardous, unhealthy or physically offensive condition; and/or
   (L)   Using vulgar, obscene or profane language, whether or not the person is located on his or her own premises at the time he or she is using vulgar, obscene or profane language, in a voice loud enough that anyone more than 50 feet away can hear the vulgar, obscene or profane language.
