§ 155.062 MULTIPLE PERMITTED USES.

In Business Zoning Districts (NB, HB, CB), multiple, permitted (simple) uses may be allowed on individual lots within the town, if the following criteria are met:

(A) Permitted (simple) uses may only be interchanged within Business Zoning Districts (NB, HB, CB). There will be no interchange between conditional or special uses; and

(B) The more stringent use’s relevant ordinances will apply to the entire lot (example: off-street parking requirements, buffering requirements).
