§ 113.43 ISSUANCE.

(A) After determination that the applicant satisfactorily meets the requirements set out in this subchapter, the Chief of Police may issue a taxicab driver's permit.

(B) The permit shall be of a design and contain information prescribed by the Chief of Police and approved by the Town Manager.
