§ 113.42 INVESTIGATION OF THE APPLICANT.
   (A)   The Police Department shall conduct an investigation of each applicant for an initial or renewal permit under this subchapter. The investigation is to determine:
      (1)   The accuracy of information within the application;
      (2)   Whether the applicant meets the qualifications required in this subchapter; and
      (3)   Whether there is any basis to refuse a permit.
   (B)   A record of the investigation and a copy of the traffic and criminal record of the applicant, if any, shall be forwarded with the application for review by the Chief of Police.
