§ 113.40 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      APPLICANT. Any person applying for a taxicab driver's permit or for the renewal of the permit.
   (B)   No person shall drive a taxicab for hire within the town unless the driver of the taxicab shall have first obtained and shall have then in force a taxicab driver's permit issued under the provisions of this chapter.
