Any time that additional vehicles are proposed to be used in connection with any taxicab business over and above the number listed in the certificate, the holder of the certificate must file an application for an amendment to the certificate with the Chief of Police. The application for the amendment shall be submitted by the Chief of Police to the Town Board for consideration at its next regular meeting occurring not less than 30 days after the date the application is submitted. The Board shall review the application and shall take action based on the criteria listed in § 113.19.
