After filing of an application for a certificate required by the provisions of this subchapter, the applicant shall make available for inspection those vehicles that will be used in the operation of the taxicab business. The vehicles will be presented to the Chief of Police or his or her designee at a place and time to be fixed by the Chief of Police or his or her designee for an examination and inspection to determine that the vehicles meet the requirements set forth in this chapter for taxicabs. The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall report the results of the inspection to the Town Board for consideration in connection with the factors enumerated in § 113.19.
