§ 113.18 INVESTIGATION.

In order to assist the Town Board in their determination regarding the granting of a certificate, the Chief of Police or his or her designee shall make a full and complete investigation of facts relative to the situation. The Chief of Police shall report to the Town Manager and Town Board his or her findings and any other information that would assist the Town Board in their determination to grant a certificate.
