§ 113.16 CERTIFICATE TO CONSTITUTE FRANCHISE.

A certificate of public convenience and necessity issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall constitute a franchise from the town for the operation of taxicabs within the town, subject to the provisions of this chapter and the ordinances of the town regulating the operation of taxicabs.
