§ 113.15 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab or permit a taxicab owned or controlled by him or her to be operated as a vehicle for hire upon town streets without having first obtained a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorized by the Town Board in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
