Every license issued shall show on the face thereof the name of the licensee, the nature of the business and the location thereof, if the business has a fixed location, the time for which issued, the amount of the tax and penalty, if any, paid. Any license requiring the approval of the Board of Aldermen or of any other board, commission or official shall show the approval on its face. The tax collector shall keep an exact copy of each license issued, including the approval of the Board of Aldermen or the board, commission or official endorsed on the face of the copy.
