§ 94.41 PROTECTION OF WORK.
   Any person carrying on or doing any construction, excavation or repair work in any street or part of a street in the town, pursuant to a permit obtained as provided in § 94.40, shall erect and maintain proper, safe and sufficient barricades and, during the period of time between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise, shall maintain sufficient lights or flares around the barricades, work or excavation to warn persons of the presence of the excavations and work and to prevent injury to persons and damage to property.
