§ 94.08 ROLLER SKATES, STREET SKATES AND SKATEBOARDS REGULATED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ROLLER SKATE. To ROLLER SKATE shall mean to skate on any type of roller skates or street skates.
      SKATEBOARD. Any type of platform device mounted on any type of roller wheel or wheels.
   (B)   No person shall roller skate or ride a skateboard anywhere in the town without complying with the terms of this section.
   (C)   No person shall roller skate or ride a skateboard on any street except for the purpose of crossing the street. The rules relating to pedestrians crossing streets shall apply to persons crossing a street on roller skates or a skateboard. No person crossing a street on roller skates or a skateboard shall travel too fast for safety under the conditions existing.
   (D)   No person shall roller skate or ride a skateboard in a reckless manner on any public sidewalk. No person shall ride a skateboard or roller skate on a sidewalk without exercising due care for the safety of other persons using the sidewalk.
