§ 93.23 NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNER.
   When any public nuisance is found to exist on any property within the town, the enforcement officer shall notify the owner of the premises where the nuisance is located that conditions exist which constitute a public nuisance and that, unless the condition is abated within five business days from the personal delivery of said notice or ten business days from the mailing of said notice, which shall be sent by first class mail, the conditions constituting a nuisance will be abated, and the cost of abatement shall constitute a lien against the premises.
