There shall be a $250 fire alarm call assessment charge per alarm after the third false alarm due to malfunctioning equipment. All businesses and residences having equipment that the Fire Department knows about, shall receive written notification of this policy. The fire alarm call assessment charge shall be waived upon recommendation of the Fire Chief and Approval of the Board.
