§ 92.01 POSSESSION, DISPLAY OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT PARKS PROHIBITED.

   (A)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

      ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Alcohol, brandy, whiskey, bourbon, scotch, rum, gin, beer, malt lager, ale, porter and wine, and in addition thereto any spiritous, vinous, malt or fermented beverages, liquids and compounds, whether medicated, proprietary, patented or not, and by whatever name called, containing .5% or more of alcohol by volume.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to display, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage at either the Eighth Street Park or the North Rowan Avenue Park.
