§ 91.22 OBSTRUCTING OR INTERFERING WITH ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or interfere with in any way the impoundment of any domestic animal found in violation of the provisions of this subchapter. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the Animal Warden, to release or attempt to release any domestic animal which has been impounded.
