§ 91.20 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LOT. A portion, piece, division or parcel of land, with or without a household, which is identified by a tax map, recorded plat, deed, lease or the like. All contiguous land under common ownership and used for a single purpose shall constitute a single lot.
   PEN. An enclosure constructed, of fencing material that is either attached or sits upon the ground.
   SHELTER. A structure which consists of at least three sides, a floor and a roof and adequate in size and design to preserve the animal’s body heat and protect the animal from the elements.
   TETHER. Fastening an animal so that it can range only within a set radius.
