§ 91.01 BIRD SANCTUARY.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established a bird sanctuary within the town limits, provided that any birds classed as predatory by the State Wildlife Resources Commission or by the State General Statutes are not protected by this section, nor may the protection of this section extend to pigeons, crows, starlings or English sparrows.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, kill or trap any birds protected by this section.
