(A) At its first meeting in July of each odd-numbered year, the Board shall elect from its membership a chairperson and vice chairperson.
(B) The City Clerk or the City Clerk’s designee shall act as secretary of the Board. The City Manager and other city officials, as requested by the Board, shall assist and advise the Board in the performance of its duties.
(C) The Board shall be entitled to utilize office space, storage space and other necessary resources of the city available at city hall in the performance of its duties.
(D) All records and proceedings of the Board shall be retained by the City Clerk as part of the records of the city.
