(A) The locations and boundaries of the Public Water Supply Protection Overlay District and Zones A, B, and C thereof are set forth on the Public Water Supply Protection Overlay District zoning map, which is adopted herewith, and which is incorporated herein by reference, and is attached to Ordinance 518 on file in the office of the City Clerk. This map, together with everything shown thereon and all amendments thereto, shall be as much a part of this subchapter as though fully set forth and described herein.
(B) The location of land uses in relation to the Public Water Supply Protection Overlay District, and the zones thereof, shall be determined by the Zoning Officer, whose determination shall be conclusive, subject to appeal to the Board of Adjustment or the State District Court.
(C) A defined parcel of real estate under common ownership which is partially within a zone of the District shall be subject to the regulations applicable for that zone. Portions of a parcel which are within different zones of the District shall be subject to the requirements applicable to the zone in which a portion of a parcel is located. However, a property owner may seek, and the Board of Adjustment may grant, as part of the terms of a special exception use permit pursuant to § 155.237, relief from the requirements of this division (C).
