Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, each development in the R Riverfront District shall be subject to the following regulations:
(A) Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet;
(B) Minimum lot width: 40 feet;
(C) Maximum lot coverage: 80%;
(D) Front yard setback: 15 feet;
(E) Side yard setback:
(1) Single-story building: six feet;
(2) Two-story building: eight feet; and
(3) Three-story building: ten feet.
(F) Rear yard setback: 20 feet.
