Within the R Riverfront District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses.
(1) Bed and breakfast;
(2) Duplex residential;
(3) Family home;
(4) Multiple-family residential; and
(5) Single-family.
(B) Commercial uses.
(1) Administrative and business offices;
(2) Cocktail lounge;
(3) Communications services;
(4) Consumer repair services;
(5) Financial services;
(6) Food sales;
(7) General retail sales;
(8) Hotel/motel;
(9) Indoor entertainment;
(10) Liquor sales;
(11) Medical office;
(12) Micro-brewery, micro-winery or micro-distillery;
(13) Personal improvement services;
(14) Personal services;
(15) Pet services;
(16) Professional offices;
(17) Research services;
(18) Restaurants (convenience); and
(19) Restaurants (general).
(C) Civic uses.
(1) Club or lodge;
(2) Cultural services;
(3) Daycare services (limited);
(4) Local utility services;
(5) Park and recreation services;
(6) Parking facility; and
(7) Safety services.
