The R Riverfront Zoning District is divided into three subdistrict areas as depicted on the city official zoning map: RF1, RF2 and RF3. All provisions of this chapter apply in each of these three districts, except the following height regulations:
(A) The maximum height of structures in the RF1 District is three stories or 60 feet; or
(B) The maximum height in the RF2 District is two stories or 30 feet and the maximum height in the RF3 District is three stories or 45 feet.
