Within the MH Mobile Home District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses. Mobile home residential.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Community recreation;
(2) Daycare services (limited);
(3) Local utility services; and
(4) Park and recreation services.
(C) Commercial uses. None.
