The following may be permitted in the E-1 Heavy Industrial District subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment.
(A) Commercial uses.
(1) Animal husbandry (limited);
(2) Cathode ray tube (CRT) collection facility;
(3) Cathode ray tube (CRT) recycling facility;
(4) Communications towers;
(5) Construction and demolition debris recycling facility;
(6) Discarded appliance demanufacturing;
(7) Materials recovery facility;
(8) Scrap and salvage services;
(9) Waste tire storage and processing facility; and
(10) Wind energy system.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Administrative services;
(2) Communications towers;
(3) Safety services; and
(4) Transportation terminals.
(C) Industrial uses.
(1) Communications towers;
(2) Resource extraction; and
(3) Stockyards.
