§ 155.180 USE REGULATIONS.
   Within the E-1 Heavy Industrial District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
   (A)   Commercial uses.
      (1)   Automotive repair service;
      (2)   Automotive washing;
      (3)   Brewery, winery or distillery;
      (4)   Building maintenance services;
      (5)   Business support services;
      (6)   Communications services;
      (7)   Construction sales and services;
      (8)   Convenience storage;
      (9)   Custom meat business;
      (10)   Data center;
      (11)   Equipment repair services;
      (12)   Kennels;
      (13)   Laundry services;
      (14)   Parking facilities;
      (15)   Research services;
      (16)   Sexually-oriented business;
      (17)   Vehicle storage; and
      (18)   Veterinary services.
   (B)   Industrial uses.
      (1)   Basic industry;
      (2)   Custom manufacturing;
      (3)   Food processing;
      (4)   General warehousing and distribution;
      (5)   Light manufacturing;
      (6)   Limited warehousing and distribution; and
      (7)   Major food processing.
   (C)   Civic uses.
      (1)   Aviation facilities;
      (2)   Local utility services;
      (3)   Maintenance and service facilities;
      (4)   Major utility services;
      (5)   Parking facilities; and
      (6)   Railroad facilities.
