The following may be permitted in the E Heavy Industrial District subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment.

(4) Cathode ray tube (CRT) collection facility;
(5) Cathode ray tube (CRT) recycling facility;
(6) Communications towers;
(7) Construction and demolition debris recycling facility;
(8) Discarded appliance demanufacturing;
(9) Indoor entertainment;
(10) Indoor sports and recreation;
(11) Materials recovery facility;
(12) Outdoor entertainment;
(13) Outdoor sports and recreation;
(14) Scrap and salvage services;
(15) Waste tire storage and processing facility; and
(16) Wind energy system.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Administrative services;
(2) Communications towers;
(3) Safety services; and
(4) Transportation terminals.
(C) Industrial uses.
(1) Communications towers;
(2) Resource extraction; and
(3) Stockyards.
