§ 155.165 USE REGULATIONS.
   Within the E Heavy Industrial District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes:
   (A)   Commercial uses.
      (1)   Administrative and business offices;
      (2)   Agricultural sales and services;
      (3)   Automotive repair service;
      (4)   Automotive washing;
      (5)   Brewery, winery or distillery;
      (6)   Building maintenance services;
      (7)   Business support services;
      (8)   Communications services;
      (9)   Construction sales and services;
      (10)   Convenience storage;
      (11)   Custom meat business;
      (12)   Data center;
      (13)   Equipment repair services;
      (14)   Equipment sales;
      (15)   Kennels;
      (16)   Laundry services;
      (17)   Parking facilities;
      (18)   Personal improvement services;
      (19)   Research services;
      (20)   Sexually-oriented business;
      (21)   Vehicle storage; and
      (22)   Veterinary services.
   (B)   Industrial uses.
      (1)   Basic industry;
      (2)   Custom manufacturing;
      (3)   General warehousing and distribution;
      (4)   Light manufacturing; and
      (5)   Limited warehousing and distribution.
   (C)   Civic uses.
      (1)   Aviation facilities;
      (2)   Local utility services;
      (3)   Maintenance and service facilities;
      (4)   Major utility services;
      (5)   Park and recreation services;
      (6)   Parking facilities; and
      (7)   Railroad facilities.
