§ 155.152 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.

   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, each development in the D Light Industrial District shall be subject to the following regulations:

   (A)   Minimum lot area: 15,000 square feet;

   (B)   Minimum lot width: 100 feet;

   (C)   Maximum height: 100 feet;

   (D)   Front yard setback: 50 feet;

   (E)   Side yard setback: 15 feet;

   (F)   Rear yard setback: 15 feet; and

   (G)   Maximum lot coverage: 80%.
