§ 155.151 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.

   The following uses and structures may be permitted in the D Light Industrial District subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment.

   (A)   Commercial uses.

      (1)   Animal husbandry (limited);

      (2)   Brewery, winery or distillery;

      (3)   Cathode ray tube (CRT) collection facility;

      (4)   Communications towers;

      (5)   Discarded appliance demanufacturing;

      (6)   Kennels;

      (7)   Materials recovery facility (MRF);

      (8)   Outdoor entertainment;

      (9)   Outdoor sports and recreation;

      (10)   Research services;

      (11)   Veterinary services; and

      (12)   Wind energy system.

   (B)   Industrial uses.

      (1)   Communications towers;

      (2)   General warehousing and distribution;

      (3)   Military installations; and

      (4)   Resource extraction.

   (C)   Civic uses.

      (1)   Communications towers;

      (2)   Detention facilities;

      (3)   Major utility service;

      (4)   Public assembly;

      (5)   Railroad facilities;

      (6)   Safety services; and

      (7)   Transportation terminals.
