§ 155.122 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.

   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, each development in the C-2 Highway Commercial District shall be subject to the following regulations:

   (A)   Minimum lot area: 10,000 square feet;

   (B)   Minimum lot width: 80 feet;

   (C)   Maximum height: 75 feet, except when located in an airport clear zone;

   (D)   Front yard setback: 50 feet;

   (E)   Side yard setback: 12 feet or 10% of the lot width, whichever is greater, but not exceeding 20 feet;

   (F)   Rear yard setback: 15 feet; and

   (G)   Maximum ground coverage: 80% including ground level paving.
