§ 155.121 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.
   The following may be permitted in the C-2 Highway Commercial District subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment.
   (A)   Residential uses.
      (1)   Group residential;
      (2)   Multi-family residential; and
      (3)   Wind energy system.
   (B)   Civic uses.
      (1)   Cemetery;
      (2)   College or university facility;
      (3)   Communications towers;
      (4)   Convalescent services;
      (5)   Cultural facility;
      (6)   Daycare services (general);
      (7)   Detention facility;
      (8)   Hospital services;
      (9)   Major utility facilities;
      (10)   Military installations;
      (11)   Primary educational facility;
      (12)   Public assembly;
      (13)   Railroad facility;
      (14)   Safety services; and
      (15)   Secondary educational facility.
   (C)   Commercial uses.
      (1)   Animal husbandry (limited);
      (2)   Artists’ school;
      (3)   Cathode ray tube (CRT) collection facility;
      (4)   Communications towers;
      (5)   Discarded appliance demanufacturing;
      (6)   Food processing;
      (7)   Kennels;
      (8)   Outdoor entertainment;
      (9)   Outdoor sports and recreation;
      (10)   Research services; and
      (11)   Veterinary services.
