Within the C-2 Highway Commercial District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses. None.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Administrative services;
(2) Club or lodge;
(3) Community recreation;
(4) Daycare services (limited);
(5) Local utility services;
(6) Maintenance and service facility;
(7) Parking facilities;
(8) Parks and recreation services;
(9) Postal facilities;
(10) Religious assembly;
(11) Residential care services; and
(12) Transportation terminal.
(C) Commercial uses.
(1) Administrative and business offices;
(2) Agricultural sales and services;
(3) Automotive rentals;
(4) Automotive repair services;
(5) Automotive sales;
(6) Automotive washing;
(7) Building maintenance services;
(8) Business or trade school;
(9) Business support services;
(10) Can and bottle redemption center;
(11) Cocktail lounge;
(12) Communication services;
(13) Construction sales and services;
(14) Consumer repair services;
(15) Convenience storage;
(16) Convenience stores;
(17) Custom meat business;
(18) Equipment repair services;
(19) Equipment sales;
(20) Financial services;
(21) Food sales;
(22) General retail sales;
(23) Hotel/motel;
(24) Indoor entertainment;
(25) Indoor sports and recreation;
(26) Laundry services;
(27) Liquor sales;

(D) Industrial uses.
