Within the C-1 General Commercial District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses.
(1) Family home;
(2) Group residential; and
(3) Multi-family residential.
(B) Commercial uses.
(1) Administrative and business offices;
(2) Building maintenance services;
(3) Business or trade school;
(4) Business support services;
(5) Commercial off-street parking;
(6) Communication services;
(7) Consumer repair services;
(8) Convenience storage;
(9) Financial services;
(10) Food sales;
(11) Funeral services;
(12) Indoor entertainment;
(13) Laundry services;
(14) Medical office;
(15) Parking facility;
(16) Personal improvement services;
(17) Personal services;
(18) Pet services; and
(19) Professional offices.
(C) Civic uses.
(1) Administrative services;
(2) Club or lodge;
(3) Cultural services;
(4) Daycare services (general);
(5) Daycare services (limited);
(6) Local utility services;
(7) Park and recreation services;
(8) Parking facility;
(9) Postal facilities; and
(10) Safety services.
