§ 155.092 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.

   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, each development in the CBD Central Business District shall be subject to the following regulations:

   (A)   Minimum lot area: 4,000 square feet;

   (B)   Minimum lot width: none;

   (C)   Maximum height: 75 feet;

   (D)   Front yard setback: none;

   (E)   Side yard setback: none;

   (F)   Rear yard setback: none; and

   (G)   Maximum lot coverage: 100%.
