§ 155.091 SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS.
   The following uses and structures may be permitted in the CBD Central Business District subject to the approval of the Board of Adjustment:
   (A)   Commercial uses.
      (1)   Artists’ school;
      (2)   Automotive repair services;
      (3)   Automotive sales;
      (4)   Automotive washing;
      (5)   Building contractor facility;
      (6)   Can and bottle redemption center;
      (7)   Cathode ray tube (CRT) collection facility;
      (8)   Commercial off-street parking;
      (9)   Communications towers;
      (10)   Convenience stores;
      (11)   Discarded appliance demanufacturing;
      (12)   Micro-brewery; and
      (13)   Service stations.
   (B)   Civic uses.
      (1)   Communications towers;
      (2)   Community recreation;
      (3)   Maintenance and service facilities;
      (4)   Major utility facilities;
      (5)   Primary educational facilities;
      (6)   Public assembly;
      (7)   Religious assembly;
      (8)   Secondary educational facilities; and
      (9)   Transportation terminals.
   (C)   Residential uses.
      (1)   Duplex residential - ground floor;
      (2)   Group residential;
      (3)   Multi-family residential - ground floor; and
      (4)   Townhouse residential.
   (D)   Industrial uses. Limited warehousing and distribution.
