§ 155.090 USE REGULATIONS.
   Within the CBD Central Business District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
   (A)   Commercial uses.
      (1)   Administrative and business offices;
      (2)   Building maintenance;
      (3)   Business or trade school;
      (4)   Business support services;
      (5)   Cocktail lounge;
      (6)   Commercial off-street parking;
      (7)   Communications services;
      (8)   Consumer repair services;
      (9)   Custom meat business;
      (10)   Financial services;
      (11)   Food sales;
      (12)   General retail sales;
      (13)   Hotel/motel;
      (14)   Indoor entertainment;
      (15)   Indoor sports and recreation;
      (16)   Liquor sales;
      (17)   Medical offices;
      (18)   Micro-brewery, micro-winery or micro-distillery;
      (19)   Parking facility;
      (20)   Personal improvement;
      (21)   Personal services;
      (22)   Pet services;
      (23)   Professional offices; and
      (24)   Restaurants (general).
   (B)   Industrial uses. Custom manufacturing.
   (C)   Civic uses.
      (1)   Administrative services;
      (2)   Club or lodge;
      (3)   Cultural services;
      (4)   Daycare services (general);
      (5)   Daycare services (limited);
      (6)   Local utility services;
      (7)   Park and recreation services;
      (8)   Parking facility;
      (9)   Postal facilities; and
      (10)   Safety services.
   (D)   Residential uses. The following residential use classifications are permitted for second floor and above:
      (1)   Single-family residential;
      (2)   Duplex residential; and
      (3)   Multi-family residential.
