Within the B-1 Bed and Breakfast Multiple Residential District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses.
(1) Duplex residential;
(2) Group residential;
(3) High density multi-family residential;
(4) Low density multi-family residential;
(5) Single-family residential;
(6) Townhouse residential; and
(7) Two-family residential.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Community recreation;
(2) Daycare services (limited);
(3) Local utility services; and
(4) Parks and recreation services.
(C) Other uses. Home occupations.
