Within the B Multiple Residential District, unless otherwise provided in this chapter, no building or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following purposes.
(A) Residential uses.
(1) Duplex residential;
(2) Family home;
(3) Group residential;
(4) Multi-family residential;
(5) Single-family residential;
(6) Townhouse residential; and
(7) Two-family residential.
(B) Civic uses.
(1) Community recreation;
(2) Daycare services (limited);
(3) Local utility services; and
(4) Parks and recreation services.
(C) Other uses. Home occupations.
